Accessibility statement

Richards Trucking wants everyone to be able to request materials, review quotes and track deliveries on this website. We design and test the site with the goal of meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. This statement describes our goal and current status; it is not a legal certification.

What we have done

  • All functions work with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator and a skip link.
  • Form fields have visible labels; errors are described in text and linked to their fields.
  • Statuses are shown as text, not by colour alone, and colours meet AA contrast.
  • Pages use headings and landmarks, work at small screen sizes and with zoom, and respect reduced-motion settings.
  • Buttons and links are sized for touch use on phones.

Known limitations

  • Photos and documents uploaded by customers or staff (site photos, delivery tickets) may not have text descriptions.
  • PDF documents such as delivery tickets come from other systems and may not be fully accessible.
  • The site has been tested with automated tools and keyboard testing; full screen-reader testing on every device is ongoing.
