What we do
Two ways we can help: delivering bulk material to your site, and hauling material from one place to another by dump truck.
Material delivery
You tell us which material you need, how much, and where it should go. We review your request, confirm the material and pricing, and schedule delivery to your jobsite or property.
What to include in your request
- The material — from our catalog, or described in your own words
- Quantity in a unit we list for that material (tons, cubic yards or loads)
- The delivery address and a preferred date and time window
- Site access details: gate codes, where to dump, any restrictions
We do not convert between units or assume how much fits in a truck — our team confirms quantities with you.
Request MaterialsDump truck hauling
When material needs to be moved, describe what it is, roughly how much, where it is picked up and where it goes. We review the job and follow up with a quote.
What to include in your request
- A description of the material to be hauled
- The pickup location and the destination
- Estimated quantity and timing
- Site photos, if they help explain the job
Every hauling job is reviewed individually before a quote is provided.
Request a Hauling QuoteHow ordering works
Step 1: Send a request
Tell us what material you need (or what needs hauling), how much, where and when. It takes a few minutes from a phone or computer.
Step 2: We review & quote
Our team checks materials, availability and pricing, then sends you a quote.
Step 3: You accept
Review the quote and accept it in your customer portal, or contact us.
Step 4: Scheduling confirmed
Once approved, we confirm delivery scheduling and you can track each delivery.
This is an order request. Pricing, availability, and delivery scheduling must be confirmed by Richards Trucking.
Submitting a request does not guarantee a delivery date, accept a quote, or dispatch a truck.
